The Awards Ceremony

The Herald Built for Service Awards 2026 will celebrate the people, teams, companies and partners delivering excellence in how Scotland’s buildings are managed, maintained and operated once occupied.

The awards ceremony will bring together property management companies, facilities management providers, building owners, commercial landlords, residential operators, workplace experience teams, operational suppliers, PropTech companies and senior industry leaders for an evening of recognition, networking and celebration.

Judges

The Herald Built for Service Awards will be judged by an independent panel of respected figures from across property management, facilities management, building operations, occupier experience, sustainability and the wider built environment.

Judges will assess entries against the published criteria, with a strong focus on measurable results, customer experience, operational excellence and evidence of genuine impact.
