The Herald Built for Service Awards is a new national awards programme created to recognise excellence in property service delivery across Scotland.
From residential property management and commercial workplace operations to facilities management, customer experience, sustainability, innovation and specialist suppliers, the awards shine a light on the organisations that make buildings safer, more efficient, better managed and better experienced every day.
The programme fills an important gap in the Scottish property market. While many awards recognise development, design and construction, Built for Service focuses on what happens next: how buildings are managed, maintained and operated once people are living, working and spending time in them.
