Where Purpose Meets Progress

The Scottish Impact Awards were launched to celebrate the organisations across Scotland that are leading the way in responsible business practices and embedding Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) principles into their strategy, culture, and community impact. Delivered by The Herald, Newsquest Events, and GenAnalytics, these awards recognise the trailblazers who embed purpose into action, creating lasting impact across society, the environment, and the workplace.

From empowering communities through regeneration, inclusion, and cultural initiatives, to fostering healthier, more ethical workplaces, each awarded honours leadership that truly makes a difference. We shone a light on organisations that champion diversity and inclusion and those tackling the climate crisis head-on as Climate Action Champions. Recognised innovators driving the circular economy through sustainable design and procurement and those who uphold the highest standards of governance and transparency, demonstrating accountability, ethical leadership, and robust ESG practices.

Building on nearly a decade of championing diversity and inclusion under the Diversity Awards, these awards are more than a celebration, they are a call to action.
