The Herald Property Awards for Scotland, in association with Prime Property Auctions, are back for 2025 and once again the search is on to find the most outstanding homes, developments and property personnel in the country.
For almost two decades, these awards have been celebrating the achievements of one of Scotland’s most important sectors, highlighting excellence in design and construction and setting a high bar for further projects.
In order to meet the needs of each new generation of buyers and tenants, home building is constantly evolving and so too are the awards, with five new categories this year, designed to reflect the changing nature of the market. What doesn’t change, however, is the rigorous judging process and, as always, all entries in the development categories will be subjected to a visit by two judges.
A line-up of new sponsors has also come on board, joining those valued names, some of which have been with the awards since the very start, and all of them lending their weight to the most respected property awards in the country.
Prime Property Auctions, who join as title partner and sponsor of the Best Regeneration Project – Residential and Best Local Estate Agency of the Year, is the UK’s leading property auction house and has an outstanding track record of achieving excellent deals for all parties. With no upfront fees for sellers; a 10% deposit scheme for buyers and a sales lock guarantee, the process of completion is carried out within 28 days.
The company has an unrivalled database of 11,000 pre-qualified buyers and more than 70% of properties across its offering of residential, commercial, tenanted, land and plots, is sold prior to auction.
Luis Guarin Director: At Prime Property Auctions, says: “We take immense pride in championing the exceptional work happening throughout our industry.
