The wait is over as The Herald Property Awards for Scotland finalists have been announced.

This is the 13th year of the awards, honouring the achievements of Scotland’s most innovative and successful house builders, developers and registered social landlords. This year there is an array of outstanding property teams and, new for this year, two interior design awards.

As publisher of Scotland’s most comprehensive property guide, Scotland’s Homes, The Herald has a unique understanding of the new-build market and there is a wide range of awards to ensure that all styles of properties and developments are recognised.

The Herald is delighted to be working with our award partners to continue to celebrate the tremendous talent in Scotland by hosting these annual awards on Thursday, September 26 at Glasgow’s DoubleTree by Hilton hotel.

Guests will be greeted by recruitment consultancy Star Recruitment, which has partnered with the awards as Drinks Reception sponsor, while Millar & Bryce has taken ownership of this year’s Networking booklet.

This year has seen a record number of entries and the panel was pleased with the volume and calibre of work being carried out.

The Herald is committed to supporting these important industry awards and we invite the industry to attend, celebrate and network at the ceremony next month.
