This business event is being produced in a way to ensure we aren’t creating an echo chamber of opinions. We want to engage with a wide business audience and ensure that a depth of conversation is had that will lead to ongoing change.

Who is the event for?

This event is for those employers who are ready and willing to engage the next generation with enhanced skills and abilities to create a pipeline of talent to drive the transition to net zero.

Businesses tell us that there is a real issue with skills and resources and a further concern over engaging gen z’. The discussion is around how the next generation need to be ready for the workplace and the workplace needs to be ready for them.

What will you take away?

There are truly different ways to engage the next generation

  • The connections between education and business can be improved significantly
  • Young people do not necessarily understand the opportunities nor the pathways to get there
  • The route to net zero should be opportunity led if we are to engage the masses of everyday people
  • Empowering the next generation in your organisation can create the cultural shift required to make sustainability a virtue
