THE big themes in artificial intelligence will be put under the microscope at a special event hosted by The Herald next week.

The AI Business Breakfast, supported by Brodies LLP, Cathcart Associates, Incremental Group and University of Strathclyde, will bring together a host of experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities brought by the technology. It will explore the role played by women in AI, the skills agenda, education, commercial opportunities, and the legal ramifications of the technology’s development.

The event will be chaired by Gordon Stevenson, digital transformation director of Newsquest Scotland, publisher of The Herald, and takes place on Tuesday, September 17 at Everyman Glasgow from 8am-10.30am.

It promises to provide delegates with an array of useful insights, whether they are familiar with the technology or simply looking to get an insight into how AI might impact their business.
