Please browse through the award categories, read the criteria and submit your nomination for this year’s Community Champion Awards. Anyone can make a nomination. We want to hear about the people in our communities that help make them a better place.

Please note that any information provided as part of a nomination may be used as part of an editorial feature within the Dunfermline Press or Central Fife Times we will contact you to discuss.

Make sure your contact details are correct and that you fill out all of the form and provide as much information as you can to give your nominee the best possible chance of winning!

All nominations will be reviewed by the independent judging panel and the three finalists for each category will be invited along to the awards evening and the winner will be announced at the event.
