If an estate agent has a property sitting on their books or is approached to sell one which is too far to do viewings on, un-mortgageable etc, they introduce their client to Prime who pay for the upfront photos, video tour, floor plan and work on a no sale, no fee basis. Once the property is sold, the estate agent receives a referral fee of £1,000 + VAT or 1% + VAT of sale price (whichever is higher).
