Having successfully showcased the best of British Hairdressing in it’s world famous guide, Good Salon Guide (GSG) is now supporting the search to promote more outstanding hairdressers.

This year GSG is sponsoring both the British Hair and Beauty Awards 2017 and The Look Awards 2017 organised by The Herald newspaper group in Scotland.

Managing Director of Good Salon Guide, Gareth Penn, was delighted to be invited to sponsor the new Colour Expert category in The Look Awards. Gareth will also be one of the judges who will decide on finalists and winners.

He said: “Colour is a crucial part of any successful salon and I am thrilled that we can sponsor this new category which recognises talent and expertise in this area.

“We all know how important the colour market is to all salons so this is a very important category and I am sure it will attract a lot of entries.”

Lyndsay Wilson, Events Director, Newsquest Scotland Events, is delighted to have the GSG on board and believes the awards reflect the wealth of talent that exists in Scotland.

The British Hair and Beauty Awards were established in 2014 and winners are decided on feedback from clientele.
