The Herald Scottish Digital Business Awards have made a final call for entries with the deadline now less than one week away.
Companies hoping to be named the best digital operators in the country only have until September 3 to get their submissions in.
There are 11 categories to enter this year covering areas such as social media, e-commerce, mobile and education.
The winners of the awards, which is organised by The Herald and supported by Enigma People Solutions, Jumpstart, Business Gateway, SCVO, FanDuel and City of Glasgow College, will be announced on October 22 at a dinner held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow.
Hugh Lightbody, chief officer at the Business Gateway National Unit, said: “We know winning awards brings value to businesses so with the deadline for entries rapidly approaching we’d encourage anyone using e-commerce effectively to enter The Herald Digital Business Awards.”
David Mains, director of Enigma People Solutions, said: “There isn’t long left to get your entries in and be a part of the biggest Herald Scottish Digital Business Awards yet.
“We know from many of our clients that being a part of the awards is a great honour and a night many look forward to.”
Roy Gardner, corporate development director, at City of Glasgow College, said: “With only a few weeks left to enter, I would encourage everyone involved in digital projects to put forward their entry.”
Chris Yiu, digital director at the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations, said: “Charities and social enterprises are doing amazing things with digital in Scotland. It’s free for charities to enter the awards, so if you’re doing something the world should know about then it’s time to put it forward.”
