THE search for this year’s winners in The Herald Property Awards for Scotland is now underway, but it’s not just bricks and mortar that will be celebrated when the winners are announced in September.
The people who work within the industry make a vital contribution to the health of the sector and four categories within this year’s Awards will recognise their efforts. The team categories are Residential Sales and Letting Teams, along with Property Team of the Year, while the fourth category of Estate Agency of the Year will be decided by public vote.

The entry deadline for our team categories has been extended until Thursday, July 18, 2019.
