A PICTURESQUE housing development in Fenwick been named the best in Scotland.
The spectacular Westpoint Homes – Laigh Meadows won Development of the Year, supported by Scotland’s Homes, at The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2017.The event, in association with SP Energy Networks saw more than 400 guests gather at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Glasgow Central Hotel last night. The event was hosted by comedian Des Clarke.
Big winners included Anderson Bell Christie, who picked up the award for Affordable Housing Development of the Year, Sponsored by SP Energy Networks.

ARC Management won the Judges’ Outstanding Project of the Year Award for the spectacular Knock Old Castle.
